Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do I place an order?
    To place an order, select each product by size and add to your cart. A minimum of 5 garments per style is required, which can be in any size mix (subject to availability).
    • Ready-to-ship items: billed in full at checkout.
    • Pre-order items: billed at 25% advance, with the remaining 75% due before final shipment. A separate offline invoice will be raised for the pending balance.

  2. Can I cancel an order?

    Orders that have been paid for cannot be cancelled.
    For pre-orders, the 25% advance payment is non-refundable if the remaining balance is not settled- goods will not be shipped without full payment.

  3. What payment methods do you support?
    We accept:
    • PayPal
    • Major credit cards
    • Bank transfers (please email us for an offline invoice)

  4. What currency can I use?

    Our default currency is USD, but you may also place orders in EUR, GBP, or AUD. You can select your preferred currency from the dropdown menu on the top left corner of our homepage.

  6. How long will my order take to arrive?
    • Ready-to-ship garments: dispatched within 2 working days, delivered in 4–5 working days.
    • Pre-order items: production takes approximately 60 days from the date of order, followed by standard shipping timelines.

  7. Where can I find sizing information?

    You can view our size chart by clicking on the Size Chart link on each product page.

  8. Are import duties and taxes included?

    No, our invoices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. These are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your preferred courier (UPS/DHL/FedEx) for current import costs in your country.

  9. Can I request samples?

    This is a wholesale-only site. Our minimum order requirement is 5 pieces per style, and we do not offer single-piece samples.

  10. Can I request customization?
