Shipping & Returns

We currently ship via DHL and UPS, trusted partners for international deliveries.

  • Transit Time: Please allow 4–5 working days for delivery, not including the time taken for customs clearance in your country.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order volume and destination.
  • Ready-to-Ship vs. Pre-Order:
    • Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
    • Pre-Order items will ship on the estimated dispatch date listed on each product page.

We offer international shipping to the USA, UK, Australia, and select destinations. Orders are billed in USD by default, but GBP, AUD, and Euro price lists are also available.

Customs & Duties

Please note that customs duties, VAT, and any applicable local taxes are not included in our product prices. These charges, if incurred, are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the local customs authority at the time of delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

We take great care in ensuring quality, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Sale items are final and non-returnable.
  • Order cancellations are not allowed once payment is made, as all orders are processed promptly to maintain production timelines.
  • No refunds are possible on shipping fees or duties paid.
  • Items must be returned at your cost and should be unused, with original tags and packaging.
